Corporate politics have a larger impact on our lives than we realise, especially in terms of properly representing marginalised groups1. Currently in the advertisement, pre-existing stereotypes are heavily reinforced and reproduced. Our goal is to promote a more diversified, equal and representative future by tackling corporate culture. Therefore, we propose a directive to create an inclusive landscape in advertisement. Through our suggested directive, we are confident we can improve the internal environment of corporate culture by giving marginalised groups more space to represent themselves.
